COOP Savings & Loans Limited (Mortgage Bank), is a financial institution licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria. The Bank provides a comprehensive range of services and products such as Mortgage banking, Real Estate Construction Finance and other banking Service. Our twin objectives are significantly bridging the gap in the supply of affordable and durable houses in Nigeria and the provision of appropriately structured mortgages for ease of home ownership.

Board of Directors

The Company is governed by a Board, whose members have the requisite academic qualifications and relevant industry experience and tools to discharge their roles effectively and efficiently in the Company. The policies adopted by the Board are designed to ensure long-term shareholder value for the funds invested in the Company.

Executive Management

This Committee comprises of senior management of the Bank. The Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Bank complies fully with the Credit Policy Guide as laid down by the Board of Directors. The Committee is set up to identify, analyze, integrate and make recommendations on risks arising from the day to day activities of the Bank.
