This Committee comprises senior management of the Bank responsible for ensuring that the Bank complies fully with the Credit Policy Guide as laid down by the Board of Directors. The Committee is set up to identify, analyze, integrate and make recommendations on risks arising from the day to day activities of the Bank.

Abubakar Yusuf
Musa Abubakar Yusuf is a graduate of Marketing from the Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Public Administration from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria in 2009. He started his career with Karam Stitches as a field officer under the supervision of GTZ, an NGO.
He worked with Skye Bank Plc as a Business Development Officer and in various capacities. In 2010, he was awarded the best Marketer in his branch. He joined Cooperative Mortgage Bank in 2011, as a business development officer.
His tremendous contributions in the area of deposit mobilisation and managing corporate and high networth customers triggered his rapid growth to the post of Business Development Manager (BDM) and subsequently, the Regional Manager, North. Since his elevation to the position of the Regional Manager, he has overseen the growth of the region's balance sheet to over #2billion. He has attended several courses on Mortgage Financing, Loans and Risk Management, Competitive Selling and Negotiation Skills. He is currently the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of CMB.
Musa Abubakar has a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the prestigious Amadu Bello University, Zaria and He is happily married with a daughter.
Anthonia
Nnaebue
Anthonia Nnaebue is the Chief Marketing Officer of Cooperative Mortgage Bank. She is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy of the Bank.
A versatile and experienced finance expert, Anthonia holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology at the prestigious University of Lagos and a Bachelor degree in Education (English) from the University of Ibadan. She also possesses a Diploma in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Jos.
Anthonia started her career at Independent Securities Limited and became the acting Head, before she joined Wema Capital Limited. She is an investment banker with over eight years’ experience in the two former subsidiaries of Wema Bank PLC. She also had a short stint with 21st Century Limited, an Information Technology outfit.
Her vast experience over the years covers Customer Service, Relationship Management, Securities Marketing & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Capital Raising, Credit Administration and Business Development. She joined Cooperative Mortgage Bank, in 2015 as a Business Development Manager.
Her doggedness and drive to exceed expectations contributed immensely to her rapid elevation within a short period of time. She was the Bank’s Regional Manager, South before her appointment as the Chief Marketing Officer.
Chiwendu
Umezurike
Chinwendu Umezurike is the Chief Operating Officer of Cooperative Mortgage Bank. He is responsible for overseeing the daily administration and operational functions of the bank.
Chiwendu is a very innovative individual who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Babcock University, Nigeria, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Technology from the National Open University, Nigeria. He is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He holds a Microsoft Professional Certificate in Windows Server Environment and has also acquired some other diploma certificates in software and database, Network security, Information Technology, and Risk Management (Alison Ireland).
He started his career with PELCOM Nigeria Limited, an affiliate of Zain Nigeria Limited, before joining Cooperative Mortgage Bank, where he rose to Head ICT post in September 2011. Due to his outstanding performance and achievement with the ICT department, he was appointed the Group Head Operations in January 2018, which he held before being appointed the Chief Operating Officer.

Orimolade
Deborah Orimolade is a graduate of Babcock University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
She started her work life as a Youth Corp Member at Cooperative Mortgage Bank and has garnered diverse experience in Banking Operations, Treasury and Financial Management, Risk Management and Internal Control. Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer at Cooperative Mortgage Bank.
She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She holds a B.Sc. in library studies from the University of Ibadan in 2004. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She worked with Citihomes Savings and Loans from 2006-2008 and later joined Baker Tilly Nigeria, an audit firm from 2008 - 2011. She is currently the Head, Internal Audit Department of Cooperative Mortgage Bank Ltd.
Hakeem
Ikumogunniyi
Hakeem Oladimeji Ikumogunniyi is a seasoned banker of over 19 years. He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa and he has his Masters in Managerial Psychology (MMP) University of Ibadan 2003.
He started his banking career with Trans International Bank in April 2000. The bank was later merged with Spring Bank in 2006.
He moved to Afribank Nigeria Plc in 2007 as a relationship/credit officer. He also worked with Mainstreet bank, after the takeover of Afribank plc by CBN. The bank was later acquired by Skye bank, where he worked in the Small Business Group unit.
He has worked in various departments of the bank namely cash officer, Branch credit/relationship officer Corporate banking department and small Business Group. He has attended both local and foreign trainings/conferences.
He joined Cooperative Mortgage bank in April 2017 as a Business Development Manager and he is currently the Regional Manager, North.

Osagie
Amen Osagie is a graduate of Microbiology from Madonna University Okija, Anambra state. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, Oyo State in 2014.
She started her career in 2009 with Strategic Outsourcing Ltd where she was assigned to Diamond bank Dugbe branch as a Sales officer. In January 2010 she joined Cooperative mortgage bank as a business development officer in Ibadan where she strives to always achieve set goals and target never allowing language be a barrier. She has moved round different branches of the bank from Ibadan, Ilorin, Port Harcourt, Akure and back to Port Harcourt where she is currently. She took a course in Winning Skills & Tools for Negotiation at the Lagos Business School.
Her years of excellent performance has contributed immensely to her growth in the bank. She is currently the Regional Manager South.
Adeola
Adesoba
Adeola Adesoba is an alumna of the prestigious University of Ibadan where she studied linguistics. Despite having her educational background in Linguistics, she started her career in banking at Cooperative Mortgage Bank. Since 2014 when she joined the Bank, she has worked efficiently in Banking Operations and marketing departments.
It is worthy to note that Adeola served with finesse and expertise in each capacity she worked, and this contributed to her fast rise to the position of Branch Manager in 2016.
Adeola has attended trainings on Effective Negotiation skills, Finance for non-finance Managers, Sales and Marketing. She is a certified member of the Lagos business school.
She is currently the South-west Area Manager at Cooperative Mortgage Bank. Adeola Adesoba enjoys networking, swimming and much more.

Ikechukwu is a graduate of Lead City University, Nigeria with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, he is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. With a passion and strong drive for acquisition of knowledge, he holds certificates in Web Development, Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, PHP and Mysql Programming, Cloud Computing, Python Programming and Theory of music all from Ireland. He is currently running his M. Sc in Information Technology in the National Open University Nigeria.
He has worked as an IT officer for TRUVINE Ventures an IT consulting firm for both NIHORT and FRIN before joining Cooperative Mortgage Bank where he rose to the post of Head ICT in May 2018.

Idowu Fasola holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State.
She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Accounting Technician (AAT), a Certified Investment Manager of the Certified Financial Analyst Institute (CFA), a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM), a Certified International Strategic Manager (CISM) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM),
She started her Banking career with Cooperative Mortgage Bank and has worked in various Departments within the Bank. Her expertise spans Business development, Operations and Financial Control. Currently, she heads the Credit and Risk Management at Cooperative Mortgage Bank.
